Yes Im back!! back in black!------>AC-DC

Yep as in my hair color's back to black!=D cause i had to dye it back to black..although i think i look nicer with black hair! Btw i had to dye it back for the (not really ) dumb job i got...-.-

I feel like puttin a tamil song for our class blog....hmmmmm...


OKok! aneeeeway! Today was my first day on the job working as a waiter at seletar country club...and it was fun fun fun oh and did i mention fun?!


ok maybe it wasnt THAT fun..but it was fun fun fun!! Well first thing that happened when we reached the place was to meet our i.c..his name is parthiban if im not wrong..but people call him pathip -.- ...and he's a super laidback but firm manager!! which is good! Made a few new friends as well!

Then pathip(lol!) assigned me my tables that i had to look after..as in fill up drinks..attend to the customers orders..and clear their plates..haha..well it was a wedding ceremony..which made me more nervous! A chinese christian wedding ceremony..

Everything went well!! i filled up the drinks properly except for spilling a few drops onto a seat!=D.. and then this uber pretty girl..i think she was my age =)...walked in..and immediately haiqal came up to me and was like..wah pravin that girl damn sweet looking sia! (she was! and she was singing after a while during the ceremony as part of the choir....sindhu...its not wadeva yu think ok!! she was pretty!! thats it!lol.)


Lucky for me! the girl sat at a table which i was supposed to be attending! wahahahah!!! which was awesomer than awesome! and everything still went well...i refilled drinks and cleared the plates properly! then the only dumb thing of that day happened to me...well i was at the waiter station refilling my jug and then she came up to the station and requested for warm water(totally sweetly) =) ...then i screwed up..cause as i was preparing it i looked up for a moment and she smiled at me..i smiled back at her!!!..and in doing so let the 3/4 part BOILING HOT water and the 1/4 part tap water overflow the glass...and onto my hand! of cause i controlled cause it wasnt really that pain..but it was the way i was tripping all over myself that im not happy about..she didn seem to mind though..as i was stuttering and explaining to her she just laughed,flashed me a smile and took the water that i had prepared -.- ..

Tho i noe she wasnt laughing at me..more like with me..cause after a while when i was floating around on the floor(thats what pathip says is waiting around patiently when we have nothing to do) waiting for the people to finish thier meals..i was standing beside her table and she looked at me..i looked at her and gave her a sortof blur/apologetic smile..and she laughed and smiled at me =DD yay!!
ohoh! and her mum was uber friendly and nice as well..when i was clearing the plates on her table she spoke to me and asked me what i was doing at the moment..told her i had just finished taking my o's and she was like..oh wow! so how do yu think you can do well..to which i said...i hope so..i kinda have to..and gave a blur smile..she smiled and thankd me again for clearing the plates! =D

Then once everyone had finished thier meals i was clearing the plates on my tables..this was the part when i started to feel a little tiired..clearing so many plates at once..performing balancing acts and all that..really took a toll on my lower back and left hand! haha..but everyone cleared quite fast!..then after the function was over..we cleared up the function hall..got the hall ready for another function..moved to another side of the country club and got another hall ready...by this time i was perspiring!hahah..then we had an hour lunch break from 4 to 5...when to collect pay at 5! and our pay has been increased from $6 to $6.50 and hour!! in just one day!! weee! we're good employees! then changed and went home!...but first i went to northpoint with haiqal to buy one large coke from macs! cause we were so so thirsty!!
